School of Engineering and Technology application forms for session 2023-2024 has been ended and class has already been commenced.

For session 2024-2025 the application form will out in first week of September just after the JEE advanced results announced.

As per previous years trend the forms get released in month of September on the official website with fee of 1000 INR.

The steps to fill application form is very simple which includes

Both the colleges you have mentioned are chosen by many students and they have quite moderate reputation. 

The straight forward answer is that School of Engineering and Technology is a better college than that of the APS Bangalore. School of Engineering and Technology have a better laboratory, library, classes and infrastructure available which is one of the important thing one need.
