Applicants may apply offline by completing the application and sending it in. Both the institute website and the campus have application forms available for download. Candidates need to send copies of their various documents with their application.

There are two locations for the offline selection process: on and off campus. The institute's Tathawade campus in Pune is the location of the on-campus selection procedure. Assessment process

A Personal Interview (PI) and an Extempore or Group Discussion (GD) comprise the assessment process. Extempore gives the interviewer a better understanding of the candidate's confidence and problem-solving abilities while assisting in evaluating their capacity for quick thinking, clear communication, and handling unexpected circumstances. In GD, candidates are assessed through a topic-specific discussion. The purpose of the PI is to evaluate a candidate's interpersonal skills and general knowledge.

By the most recent rules, an applicant's prior professional and academic experience is duly taken into account during the assessment process.

The institute posts a merit list on its website based on the evaluation procedure. The names of pupils who have passed the evaluation process's threshold are listed on the merit list. The candidates whose names are displayed on the merit list are contacted via phone, text message, or email, depending on which method they desire. Furthermore, a selection letter is also sent to these individuals.

Applicants must confirm their admissions within seven to ten working days of their names appearing on the merit list.

SOA - School of Aeronautics provides scholarships for B Tech students, and the amount is determined by how well students perform in their semester exams. If you do exceptionally well, you can receive a scholarship of up to Rs. 2 Lakhs. To get these scholarships, it's essential to excel in your academic performance during the semester exams.
