Hello, yes of course. Any student who has completed his 12th standard or is appearing for the 12th standard is eligible to appear for JEE Mains. Obtaining minimum ranking which should be above the cut off announced by the NTA will be the eligibility for appearing in JEE Advanced. Best wishes to you.

if I may say so you are writing at about 28000 and more is a bid on the lower side for thinking of getting admission in the branch of CSE in the normal course. However, if your intention is to do your graduation only in this branch then you can think of getting admission under the management quota of private colleges or in any of the deemed to be universities.
