Not the best but it is one of the best University who offers different courses. There is NIT Jamshedpur also which offers different courses which is also a good option in Jamshedpur. Vinoba Bhave University can be best in some factors and NIT in many factors so declaring best is a difficult task and depends on course choosen but there is not doubt that Vinoba Bhave University is a good option  in Jamshedpur.
