Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances the career prospects, however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
In order to pursue full time MBA program from India you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:

I would like to suggest you for Microsoft's ASP .NET (Active Server Pages .NET) which is a server side scripting technology for building online applications and dynamic websites.
The latest version of ASP.NET is 4.0, for more updates Google search using relevant keywords.
