Hi,
Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances the career prospects, however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
In order to pursue full time MBA program from India you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

The latest version of ASP.NET is 4.0, for more updates Google search using relevant keywords.

Manjiri, You should apply for GATE Exam for M.Tech.
The purpose of the M.Tech course is to give a specialized training in the field of engineering. Quite a few institutes intake candidates on the basis of the various entrance exams.
