Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances the career prospects, however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
In order to pursue full time MBA program from India you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.

Eligibility for Admission:
Minimum qualification for admission to the two years full-time PGDM course at the Institute is three / four years bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. However preference will be given to Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Management and Computer Science graduates and candidates with relevant work experience.
Candidates appearing for final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination in academic year 2012-13 are also eligible to appear for the admission process. Such candidates, if called for interview, should submit the copy of admit card or a letter from the principal of the college where they are studying to that effect. Such candidates if finally selected at XISS, Ranchi must clear their Graduation examination with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) by August 2013.

Three stage admission process is followed by the Institute as per the guidelines of AICTE. These stages are:

The candidates will have to apply separately at XISS, Ranchi. The institute will accept only online registrations. The registrations will remain open from 3 Sep, 2012 to 2 Feb 2013. For online registrations, the Registration Fee can be paid through online transactions using Credit / Debit / ATM cards / Online Banking. The fee can also be paid by Bank Draft drawn in favour of 'Xavier Institute of Social Service', payable at Ranchi or by cash at the institute's fee counter.

One specialization Rs. 1000 (Rupees One thousand only)
Two specializations Rs. 1600 (Rupees One thousand six hundred only)
Three specializations Rs. 2000 (Rupees Two thousand only)

Based on XAT 2013/AICTE-CMAT Sep 2012 scores, candidates who have applied for admission at the institute will be shortlisted and will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview to be held at *Ranchi * New Delhi * Kolkata and *Bangalore during 18 Feb to 2 Mar 2013.
