Hi,
Reasoning is one of the most crucial sections of bank exams and you need to prepare very well for this section.
Suggestions-
1. Magical Book Series Analytical Reasoning by Shri MK Pandey
2. Non Verbal Reasoning by BS Sijwali & Indu Sijwali
3. A Modern Approach To Verbal Reasoning 2nd Edition by R. S. Aggarwal
4. Non Verbal Reasoning 1st Edition by R. S. Aggarwal
Apart from reading books you need to do lot of practice by attempting practice sets on a regular basis.

Hi,
It is advisable that one should opt for technical course under A.I.C.T.E approval be it from any university- Deemed or Private, etc.
Refer the link below for list of Deemed universities that carries AICTE approval-

If you've decided to move into the IT domain after completing B.A., then you should opt for a short term technical course (6 Months-1 year) like those offered by NIIT.
Along with that, dedicated self-practice will be required in parallel.
Being from Non-IT domain, I will suggest the courses related to Networking & System Administration for you viz. CISCO certifications OR Microsoft Certifications, and Red Hat / Solaris administration.
Though the best thing would be to do a regular MCA, but that depends on the time & money you can afford as it will eat up extra 3 years.
