It is Indeed a great to know that you are interested in doing your engineering albeit in a distance mode from either a foreign college or from an university in India. I am attaching a link that will give you a list of all the Institutions or universities in India that are offering engineering through distance learning. The link also gives the methods of admission and all related information. I am afraid engineering degree by distance education from a foreign college is perhaps not a very good thought because nothing much is known about these degrees and how much they will be useful in securing a job. Bachelor of interior design course is 4-years of duration. The eligibility criteria is 10+2 or 12th. Hence, in your case the mathematics is not necessary for this course.
