RMLAU BTech selection process is based entirely on JEE Main scores. Shortlisted students participate in UPTAC counselling, where branch allotment takes place. Selection depends on entrance rank, category, seat matrix, and preference order. No separate university-level exam is conducted for BTech.

For RMLAU BTech, candidates should have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics. They must also qualify in the JEE Main examination conducted by NTA. Admission is offered through UPTAC counselling based on entrance scores.
