With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree, as universities in US requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program.
As per your profile, you may consider pursuing:
1. MBA.
2. Masters degree in finance or accounts.
3. Masters degree in management.
4. Masters degree in marketing.
5. Masters degree in HR, and related course.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 6
