Mayank, placement assistance is about arranging and training students to clear the interview in case jobs are available in any company. There are a series of activities that an institute and its placement cell undertake to do so. Placements are dependent on these activities as well as availability of jobs. You know institutes cannot create jobs. Therefore no institute can give a 100 per cent job guarantee. It is better to rely on institutes that provide 100 % placement assistance rather than promise 100% jobs.
