It's nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical branch. It's great to keep aim at early age. If you want to do this then do not go for Diploma. Do your class 12th with good marks and take admission in engineering college in this branch. Best wishes to you.

Yes, you can get admission in LPU for BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) even without LPUNEST. LPUNEST is not always compulsory for every student. If you have good marks in your 12th (especially in PCB – Physics, Chemistry, Biology), you can get direct admission based on your merit. But giving LPUNEST can also help you get a scholarship. LPU is very flexible and supportive in the admission process. The university gives many chances and helps students in every step. Even if you didn't appear for LPUNEST, you can still talk to the admission team. They will guide you properly and check if you are eligible through other ways like qualifying

For PG studies, you must either take USMLE or other country specific medical council exams. You will also need the same to get a license to practice. USMLE is basically required for US. For other countries, it will be different.

It is very nice to see that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in IT. It's great that you already have set your sights. However, admissions to engineering colleges are based on the basis of class 12th exam and not on class 10th. Hence, I would like to advise you that please study well in class 10th as well as class 11th and class 12th, and score good marks. Then, think of admission in engineering. Best wishes.
