A score of around 135-145 marks out of 200 would be required for general category candidate to secure admission in Sir J J College of Architecture B.Arch Course. Seeing the number of seats, you'll not get CSE for top 7-8 NITs, but there is one thing you'll be missing out on and that is, if you are interested in CS from job perspective, there are two options from which you can get a good college and still remember one thing, college matters a lot more than branch, the alternative you have to get a better college with the same.
1. Try to get into electrical or electronic courses, all good NITs will offer you the same and you will have atleast 4-6 subjects from CSE.

My friend rank in jee mains he got ECE branch at 60000 rank and it is the cut off also so chance of getting ece at this rank is bit difficult so you can see another college or apply for Mechanical in LNMIIT. IT is very difficult to get a seat in this college.
