Many MBA programs, especially at reputable institutions, prefer candidates with a clear academic record. However, some private universities or those that consider work experience more heavily might still admit you, provided you clear all your backlogs before the final admission or even before starting the course. You'll likely need a good CAT/XAT/GMAT score and a strong overall profile to compensate. Always clarify the backlog policy with the specific B-school.
