There are many institutes under UPTU offering MBA course as the names of few of the institutes have been mentioned by Rohit bisht in his answers. But then the rank expected to qualify for the admissions is quite difficult to to be stated but one can surly contact the institutes where you are keen to apply for the course and gather related information.
Also as per the ranking you will be easily be able to inquire the status of your application to a particular institute.

As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would be unfair to give any personal judgment. However, IILM is a decent Institute accredited by AICTE. I Think its lodhi road branch one of the best amongst all the branches of IILM, so few of the things you should check before you enroll for IILM GN branch are: Infrastructure, Study Material, Faculty background, last but not least talk to the current batch students to get the real feedback about the Institute.
