Hi Yogesh,
If you are doing your 12th through Open Schooling and you want to apply to Delhi University regular courses, provisional admission might be difficult, as the preference is always given to the regular students, but you my try. However, you can try with SOL of Delhi University.

Although, the subject you choose would completely depend on your own interest, and also the opinion on this may vary from person to person but according to me, I would suggest you to go for Math as this would help you in every field be it MBA, IT or any other field.
