Hi,
Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada, Australia and UK you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

As per your query pursuing MBA in finance through distance education would be the best option for you, by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.
Besides MBA in finance you may even consider pursuing:
- Diploma in wealth management.
- Diploma in fores management.
- SAP.
You may even consider pursuing executive MBA, however please remember in order to pursue this course you need to have atleast 3-5 years of work experience.

At this rank you just have to wait after applying to several colleges, These days there are number of engg. colleges with huge number of seats. So as far as admission is concerned you will somehow get , but that college might not be of much repute. I suggest that you join which ever college gives you admission and then work exceptionally hard to score high and learn engineering fundamental. For an academically average candidate this is a better option than to repeat one year and thereby loose time.
