Hi,
1)
To take admission in MBBS :
-You must have passed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 60% .
-You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
-There are number of recognized colleges all over India which admit students based on the entrance exam. Admission to MBBS is based on the marks gained in the entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC and many more.

Some of the medical colleges in India are :
AIIMS, Delhi
Armed Forces Medical College, Pune
Christian Medical College, Vellore
JIPMER, Puducherry

Do your MBBS from any College in the country and go for PG in abroad which will be also advantageous to you. As per my suggestion always go the way i said it will be helpful to you.

Yogesh your JEE score is not so good so you can't get any NIT. You should try for some private college. Like in Banglore chennai, pune in these cities you will get some offcampus placement opportunity too.

After 12th in Science if you have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
2)
If you have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 12th then, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).

Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, oc
