From my honest opinion, such scores might not fetch a great IIT or NIT with such scores. But I would suggest you to not lose hope and look for other ways out. I had almost similar situation, so I can completely understand your concern. Afterall IIT is not the final destination. I would suggest you to look forward with other entrance exams such as LPU NEST. LPU NEST is Lovely Professional University Entrance and Scholarship Test. I have done my engineering from LPU and choosing LPU for engineering was one of my best decision.
