From my honest opinion, such scores might not fetch a great IIT or NIT with such scores. But I would suggest you to not lose hope and look for other ways out. I had almost similar situation, so I can completely understand your concern. Afterall IIT is not the final destination. I would suggest you to look forward with other entrance exams such as LPU NEST. BMS is not at all a serious college and according to me there is no pressure on you if you work normally. An extremely fun loving environment with no restrictions on what the student aspires within their limit. The crowd and the friends you get will be amazing. Everyone kind by heart including the faculties. When it comes to enjoyment you can fully satisfy yourself as there are many clubs where you can participate. And the most amazing thing is the UTSAV which is the fest in Karnataka. Computer Science faculty is the best as they are not so strict. They are very helpful when it comes to academics and they let us enjoy. There is no doubt that the college is filled with enjoyment and fun. You will never get bored.

A comprehensive plan in studies will help the candidates to reach their target. The candidate need to follow the plan and should manage the time well in advance. The timetable for the study plan should be in tune with the daily needs and schedule of the candidate. They can find their own comfort zones for studies or can opt for combine studies, which proved to be very effective in many cases. The candidates who need some help in preparation can opt for coaching centers like Ariestechsoft, Pathway, Resonance, etc. ladders in preparing for the exam.
The success and failure of the candidate for an exam depends on his preparation for the exam. The candidate should make sure that the time he spends in preparing is utilized to its maximum. They can opt different methods while preparing, based on his own convenience and should be beneficial. You are quiet close to the dark horse. Do not spoil your score by choosing an average B-school in hurry. Probably you are investing last time to choose a right career not just a degree with uncertain job profile of 100% placement.
I will try to give you some colleges based in south. You can chase if seats are remain vacant (SIMSREE government of MH, can apply but check up to final list, as general cut off is 99) PUMBA-Pune (Public sector colleges hence lowest cost, high return), NIBM-Pune, XIME-Bangalore, Great lakes-Chennai, IFMR Chennai, etc.
If unable to get into above all then think XIME Kochi, IIRM-Hyderabad (business analyst or risk management), IPE-Hyderabad (Banking finance), MDI-Murshidabad (budding college but growing rapidly with MDI-Gurgaon brand name, try to check the present picture of placement from LinkedIn alumni chat, do not play the gamble by choosing average college as investment is high in private college.
Make a LinkedIn / Quora profile to chat with alumni of your favorite field of job (Sales, HR, Financial product sales and core finance) to get the exact picture of job stability and salary in hand (do not rush behind CTC annual package as this is not your take home; be clever for difference Google this).
