Hey!!
This question according me is more about college life experience as compared to any other factor, since more or less JIMS Kalkaji and JIMS Rohini have very similar resources and placement records.
For college life experience, I find JIMS Kalkaji better than JIMS Rohini since it has various student clubs such as NSS, Entrepreneurship Cell, Placement Cell, Theater Club, Debate Club, and various other clubs which gives you an extra edge.
