You have passed HSC (with Biology) with good score, so getting admission into the B.Sc (Botany or Zoology) is possible. But, Admissions in the college depends upon the current year demand for the course. Best of Luck.

Hi Harmandeep,
Which college will accept you is not possible for anyone to tell. There are so many colleges and also, you did not mention which country. However, your grades and all are fine so admission chances are decent. Also if your IELTS is little less a college may accept you if your profile is very good. Colleges abroad also have many foundation programs in English language that can be done if you do meet IELTS requirements. Check college websites for all these kind of details.

Yes. Have you heard of incidences, where candidates crack JEE successfully but fail in their 12th boards? So, how would you judge them? Failure on the basis of class 12th score or intelligent on the basis of their entrance score? It's nothing like that, we perform well when we set something as a priority. You can clear NEET. Prepare well, compete. Give your best. Follow NCERT books, and for physics buy a few more books. Practice questions. Enrol for test series in coaching centres.
All the best.
