To get admission in B.Tech programs at Delhi colleges, the primary route is through the JEE Main exam. Here's the process:

Appear for JEE Main: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is the entrance exam for most B.Tech courses in Delhi. You need to qualify in the JEE Main exam to be eligible for admission.

Apply to Colleges: After securing a valid score in JEE Main, you can apply to various engineering colleges in Delhi, including Delhi Technological University (DTU), Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-Delhi), and other private colleges. Each college may have its own application process.

JoSAA Counselling: For government colleges, the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) conducts the counselling and seat allotment process. You need to register for JoSAA, fill in your preferred colleges and branches, and participate in the allotment rounds.

Cutoffs and Seat Allotment: The admission process is based on your JEE Main rank, and each college has specific cutoffs for different branches. After the counselling rounds, you will be allotted a seat based on your rank and preferences.

Admission Confirmation: Once you receive an allotment, you need to complete the admission formalities like document verification, fee payment, and reporting to the allotted college.

In addition to JEE Main, some private colleges in Delhi may have their own entrance exams or criteria for admission.

USC admission decision notification varies as per the course levels. The regular decision admission decision will be announced by Early April. On the other hand, the Early Action applicants are notified Mid-to-late January. In the case of graduate programs, the admission decisions are ultimately made by the programme for which an applicant has applied. The length of time required to make the decision varies by program, size of the applicant pool, and type of degree. A general timeline for USC admission decision is given below: 

• Most applicants of the Fall term will receive decision notifications by June
• Most applicants of the Spring term will receive decision notification by December

In order to get into the USC as an international student, the applicants are required to meet all the application requirements. General admission requirements for UG and PG courses are given below:

Your prospects for getting an MBBS seat in government colleges in West Bengal under the state quota would not be very bright with a score of 505 in the general (unreserved) category for NEET 2024. The cutoff scores for most of the government medical colleges in West Bengal were more than 505 in previous years. For instance:

Government Colleges: Medical College Kolkata, Nilratan Sircar Medical College,  RG Kar Medical College generally had their cut-offs around 590-600 for state quota general category seats.

Semi-Government/Private Colleges: Semi-government or private colleges like KPC Medical College or ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences could be having their cut-offs more around your score,  though it may still demand a few points more than 505 for the general category students.

IIT JAM is the entrance exam for MSc admission at IIT Tirupati. The Round 1 cutoff list for admission has been released, showing that the closing ranks varied between 307 and 602 for students belonging to the General AI quota. Therefore, for Round 1 admission, the minimum cutoff rank required was 307 or less for Mathematics and Statistics. Please note that the cutoff ranks differ for various rounds, specialisations, and categories. If aspirants are not eligible for admission to certain MSc specialisations due to competitive ranks, they should refer to the table below to explore other options available with less competitive cutoff ranks for admission. The below cutoff data is for the General AI quota.

IIT Mandi MSc cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1, wherein, M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics is the most competitive specialsiation with a closing rank of 438 for the General AII India category students. The least competitive course is Integrated + Ph.D. in Physics with a cutoff rank of 596. So, candidates seeking admission to any of the MSc course must secure a rank upto 596 to be eligible for IIT Mandi 

IIT Mandi admissio to the MSc course is based on IIT JAM scores, followed by IIT JAM counselling process. Only candidates in the JAM 2024 Merit List based on JAM 2024 scorecard will be eligible to apply for admission.  

With a 12th-grade score of 64% and a JEE percentile of 22, you will find it difficult to get admitted to top-tier colleges for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) as most top institutions like NITs, IIITs, and other central universities ask for higher JEE scores. However, there are numerous other avenues and institutions through which you can pursue CSE with the qualifications you have now.
 Possible Options:
State-Level Engineering Colleges:

State counseling processes often have colleges with lower cutoffs for JEE scores. Check your state's counseling platform (e.g., BCECE for Bihar) for engineering colleges that accept JEE scores and offer CSE.
Colleges in states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, or Madhya Pradesh may also have options.
Private Universities and Colleges:

Many private institutions offer CSE programs and consider direct admission based on 12th-grade marks or through their own entrance exams.
Examples include:
Amity University: direct admission possible with 12th marks.
SRM Institute of Science and Technology: either through SRMJEE or direct entry
VIT University: prefers VITEEE score but also gives direct entry to some courses
Chandigarh University: accepts JEE and gives entry based on 12th performance.
Manipal Academy of Higher Education: gives entry based on MET exam but management quota is also there.
