As per your query, it seems that you are interested in pursuing full time PGDM or MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during PGDM or MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
