chemical engs have a very gud opportunities to work in 5 maharatna companies like iocl, ongc, coal india, GAIL, SAIL OUT OF 7 (REST 2 R NTPC and BHEL).
If u will see the number of chemical graduated people per year and requirement of chemical engineers in different companies then this ration will be far far better than mech, electrical, electronics and other branches.
