Appear it properly and seriously so that you can score high enough, try to be within 50s so that you will enter into the best colleges of India, more importantly many options will be open for you. Anyone can take SAT or ACT. There is no restriction or eligibility criteria.

You may, depends on a number of things like university and program requirements, GRE scores, TOEFL or IELTS scores etc. Very honestly getting into a top university in countries like US and Canada will be very tough.

Discard RS agrawal/RD Sharma.They are completely extrapolation of the concepts and various chapters.
Use NCERT and TOGETHER WITH for reference.
