You would be having a CAP round where you need to give preference of the college. On declaration of the list, you are allotted a college. If you get Cummins, you have to visit the admission office and confirm your admission by paying the fees.

Since you are giving us options to choose between B.Com (Hons) or BBA so I'm assuming that you are interested in both of the courses equally. Look, Delhi University is well reputed, recognised and everyone gives first priority to DU then comes IP University. ARSD of DU is one of the reputed colleges which is perfect in every aspect.

For class 12th Science stream students, who have an interest in Agriculture, B.Sc Agriculture will be a good option. This course will be a great alternative to BE/B.Tech Agricultural Engineering. As per NIT Silchar placement cell officials, the average annual package offered to students is Rs. 4 LPA and the highest annual package is Rs. 9.5 LPA during the campus placement.

Among the two, you should definitely go for President University-Bangalore for CSE and ISE rather than SJBIT-Bangalore or AIT, as the Presidency University is best in terms of Placement, academic, infrastructure, etc. Hence, go for it. All the best.
