Here’s what comes next after the IISER IAT 2025 result:

1. Download your scorecard/rank card
2. Counselling registration & choice filling: The counselling window opens June 26, 2025 (5? PM IST) and closes July 3, 2025 (5? PM IST). During this period, you must log back into the portal, register, and submit your IISER and course preferences.
3. Seat allotment and document verification:
a. After the choice filling, IISERs will release the seat allotment letters. If allotted a seat, you'll need to:
b. Accept or reject the seat online within the specified time,
c. Upload/download and verify all required documents (Class XII mark sheet, category certificate if applicable, photo, etc.),
d. Pay admission fees,
e. Complete document verification as per your allotted IISER’s schedule
4. Subsequent rounds (if any)
Depending on vacancies, there may be further rounds of seat allotment where you can “float” or “upgrade” your seat options.
5. Reporting to IISER
Once seat acceptance and document verification are completed, you’ll receive an admission confirmation. The academic session usually begins in mid to late July—check with your assigned IISER for precise reporting dates.
