The BITS Pilani, Dubai follows 6 steps for the placement procedure for the candidates who are interested: 

Step 1- Students must complete Career Aspiration Survey and must register on placement portal between Oct and Dec. 

Step 2- Students must attend the mandatory Placement Readiness training program. 

Step 3- Students are offered multiple job opportunities via Career Service Department 

Step 4- Students must apply before the deadlines specified on the portal 

Step 5- There is 'one student, one job' policy is followed by the institute until 80% of the students are placed in that particular discipline. 

Step 6- Upon selection, students must complete all the joining formalities and serve the entire duration contract with the company. 

The admission eligibility criteria for Engineering students at BITS Pilani, Dubai is a bit competitive as majority of students admitted in the institute have excellent scores in their 10+2 examinations.  

The Practice School Program operated by the institute is a vital programme which necessary for every course. It provides students a 7.5-month immersion in core industries through which the students gained experience with more than 400 companies in UAE. 

Students manage various other things other than studies which helps students to enhance their communication skills, leadership skills, time management and networking skills. Some of these activities include students managed clubs, internal organizations, inter-college cultural festivals and many more.
