The syllabus for the CET for the 2 M.Tech programmes will be as follows:English, general knowledge, aptitude, mathematics and general engineering.

NSOU should be accepted but you have to contact the universities abroad where you plan to apply and get it confirmed. They may require some additional verification as per their education framework. 66% is considered but also again depend on how competitive the universities. Top ranking will be difficult to get into. Scholarships are also given on merit, you can check the information on scholarships in the university websites itself. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL and/or other exams if necessary and required by the university.
