In which college are you studying where 6 months industrial training is allowed? Usually, it is 4-6 weeks after sixth semester. Secondly, name of company does not matter, what you have to see is, where is the structured training program is available. Although, TATA has many good training centers at various places, question is which place are you going to? It is always possible that Sonalika Tractors, which is a respected name in Indian auto sector, has a better industrial training program. Lastly, these training programs in India are not so student friendly simply because it is not their core activity. Hence, it is an exposure only which has no synergy with your academics or job opportunity.

As for the jobs abroad, always remember getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with remaining international candidates. However, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for a particular job then getting a job should not be a problem.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest. The best source for this are newspaper and job portals which provides information about vacant job position and eligibility criteria for a particular job.
If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, then you may apply for the job.
If you are selected then the company will issue an offer/appointment letter and sponsorship letter and on the basis of this you can apply for VISA.
