Because you are not specific about the college for pursuing LL.B. So the eligibility criteria of LL.B. (3 years duration) course is given below.
1. Educational qualification: General category candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation degree.
2. Age criteria : No age bar
3. Course fee : Rs 5428 Per year
4. Admission criteria : DU LL.B. Entrance Exam
5. Scholarship : No.

Yes there are chances of you getting seat in PUMBA subject to condition of the department of PUMBA. Due to low fees high value cutt of for PUMBA is very high ( sometime 110 to 120). I am not fully sure but you can give it a try if you can get a seat in home state category. Best wishes.
