Yes, Douglas College Canada offers scholarship to international students. Every year, the college offers nearly CAD 100,000 (INR 65.06 L) in scholarship to international students. Note that the individual awards may range between CAD 500 - CAD 2,500. To be considered for Douglas International Education Regional entrance Award which range between CAD 1,000 - CAD 2,000. 

Scholarship amount for Douglas College Canada's Regional Entrance Scholarship is CAD 1,000 - CAD 2,000 (INR 65 K - INR 1.30 L). Note that no separate application is required to apply for this scholarship. Students are automatically considered upon application to Douglas.
