No, you cannot appky for a PR in UK after living just for 2 years. In most cases, you would be required to have lived for a minimum of 5 years in the UK to apply for a PR in the UK (AKA Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK).

The post study work visa UK (PSW UK) and the Graduate Visa UK are just the previous and current names of the post-study work visa in the UK.

PSW UK allowed international students to stay and work in the UK for a specific period after completing their studies. On the other hand, the Graduate visa UK replaced the PSW visa and offers more flexibility and benefits to international graduates.

In case of application fee refund, it depends on the stage of your application. It might take up 28 days for you to receive your refunded amount.

 In order to apply for Graduate Visa UK, you will require the following documents:

  • Valid ID proof that involves your passport
  • If you were given a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), then you need to provide that as well
  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) reference number
  • Proof of relationship with your partner or children (if applicable)
  • Your scholarship or sponsorship provider also needs to provide a letter (if applicable)

No, you cannot extend your UK Graduate visa in any case. However, if you still need a legal work permit to continue working in the UK then you can apply for a skilled work visa or any other relevant work visa. You would need a registered employer to sponsor you for a skilled worker visa.

If you do not have a job yet then you can look for a job, be self-employed or set-up your own business in UK during its active validity period. You can also do some kind of voluntary work and travel outside of the UK and return.

No, NTA did not notify via email if a candidate filled out some incorrect details regarding the CUET PG application form. However, after filling out the application form, candidates are advised to check the application form meticulously to avoid any incorrect details being filled. 

If candidates found that they filled some incorrect details, they will get the opportunity to rectify it during the CUET PG application correction window period.
