Yes, SVSU does grant direct admissions to candidates under the Management Quota. However, for all other categories, the university has an entrance and merit based admission process. The university has limited seats for direct admission under management quota and candidates are advised to apply as soon as admissions open.

Both are different paths that are just interlinked at some point. Choosing between a B.Arch which is also known as Bachelor of Architecture and a B.Planning aka Bachelor of Planning depends on your career goals, strengths.
B.Arch basically deals with individual buildings and the environment around it all within boundary of a site provided.
B.Planning deals with only planning aspects you won't plan buildings etc. but you will plan large-scale areas like town services, city-scale development, policy, and infrastructure, etc.

The MAHE MET Cutoff 2025 has been released branch and institute-wise. For admission to the MPharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis course, the cutoff for the General AI category candidates was 564 in 2025. In 2024, the cutoff for the same course and the same category was 324, and in 2023, it was 448.
