No, University of Rajasthan MCA admissions are purely entrance-based. As such admissions to PG courses including MCA is done through URATPG.

In conclusion students cannot get admission to  MCA at University of Rajasthan without URATPG even if they complete the course eligibility as students are selected through the URATPG scores.
