Hi Shraddha,
Yes! You can go for a Journalism course in your Bachelors or you can so opt for Mass comm in your Bachelors and after that you can go for a Masters in PR. Also as it can be difficult to find a good college for Bachelors in journalism/Mass Comm, I would suggest you to go for a Bachelors in any stream of your interest and in your Masters opt for PR.
