You can consider doing PG from Philippines, China, Russia, Germany etc. but MCI does not recognise these qualifications. Students who study MBBS from abroad undergo a screening test by MCI to get their license and registration. There is no such exam for doctors who do PG from these countries.
If you are able to pursue your PG from USA, UK, Canada, NZ, Australia, then your PG will be recognized in India.
I suggest you prepare for PLAB and other licensure exams. On clearing PLAB you can get an opportunity to work as a resident doctor in UK. There are excellent prospects.

Now days you have more option in engg. field apart from your regular field like cs, it , mechanical., ece , eee .
So do the research on this fields and choose accordingly.
