Hi Shiva, if you are considering options in Asia always look for reputed universities as reputation and recognition is much valued in the entire sub continent. if you get into the likes NUS or NTU, it is indeed better than getting into one of the diploma mills in India. And there ar. Certain rules in hostel which everyone have to follow so cooking would not be possible . So all the best
