Hi Shagun,
Yes! You can take admission in Mass Comm. However, admission to most of the Mass Comm institutes is done on the basis of entrance exam conducted by the institutes.
Also there are very few good institutes offering a Bachelors degree in Mass Comm. Rather, I would suggest you to opt for any specialization in your Bachelors and in your Masters you can opt for Mass Comm or specialize in any of its streams.

Generally, to pursue any interior designing course ( Degree or Diploma ) you need to complete plus two. The admission in interior designing courses will be on the basis of the score in the institute's entrance exam and interview thereafter.

Thanks aru.chopra for inviting me to answer this question. If university is approved by UGC than they have a power to start new course without the permission of AICTE in their campus. But they can not affiliate any college without the permission of AICTE. In fact they can start any New course in their own campus but in the time of placement student faces the problem due to not having permission of AICTE some times they have facing problem in higher education also.
