Yes! You can take admission in Mass Comm. However, admission to most of the Mass Comm institutes is done on the basis of entrance exam conducted by the institutes.
Also there are very few good institutes offering a Bachelors degree in Mass Comm. Rather, I would suggest you to opt for any specialization in your Bachelors and in your Masters you can opt for Mass Comm or specialize in any of its streams.
