There are various scholarship options. A few take care of even the airfare but this will be only for exceptionally bright students. Else you could look at comparatively cheaper countries with campus of good reputed universities such as Nyu that has campus at abu Dabi

With your B.com as Qualificaiton you can apply for the post of PROBATIONARY OFFICER in Banking sector
