One needs to have at least 45% minimum in PCB for general and 40% for reserved category to be eligible for entrance exam. Your marks short fall of it, try and find other options for yourself as the eligibility criteria should be followed.

Based on the JEE Main percentile you obtained, chances for getting IIITs are very less under the asked category. You need to score above 92 percentile for getting IIITs.

You try to get the top colleges in Chennai like Anna university campuses like CEG, ACT and MIT.
If you have appeared for any entrance exams like VITEEE, SRMJEEE then you can opt for VIT-Chennai and SRM University (KTR campus).

Provide your digital mark sheet. Show them the letter or mail you have received from boards regarding change in marks. They may give you extension for producing mark sheet.
