One needs to have at least 45% minimum in PCB for general and 40% for reserved category to be eligible for entrance exam. Your marks short fall of it, try and find other options for yourself as the eligibility criteria should be followed.

Here, I am discussing the better job scope for M.Sc Geography. But, it depends upon you which career is being liked by you among all the mentioned careers. There are many good engineering colleges in Chennai with good rankings. As you have scored 95% in CBSE boards you can opt for SSN College of Engineering, Kalavakkam. It is a reputed college which offers better education and placements.
You try to get the top colleges in Chennai like Anna university campuses like CEG, ACT and MIT.
If you have appeared for any entrance exams like VITEEE, SRMJEEE then you can opt for VIT-Chennai and SRM University (KTR campus).
