Computer engineering is definitely better as compared to electrical engineering. Rest opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

It's a good college with the average package of 3.25 lakhs in CSE branch.
But if you have the potential, you can grab a package that you are fit for.
For the year 2018, there were companies that would satisfy your expectations. It solely depends on you and your potential in coding skills.
If you have extraordinary coding skills, you can grab the desired package in off-campus placements too.

I want to know which certificate you have? Whether it's a computer course related certificate or anything else? Because now a days many colleges give admission to students who are good in sports or have participated in any athlete at any district or national level. So, please specify if you have certificate of which type?

Hello Sasi. I hope you are doing well.
That's a good rank.
Well, it depends on your caste. If you are from either BC-C or OC castes, you may not get a seat through counselling.
However, this is just a prediction based on seat allotment according to rank in the previous year.
But give a try by placing the campus at the top of your priority list if you are from one of those castes.
If not, you can easily get a seat through counselling.
Have a great day.

It depends upon the college rules and regulations. For eg. in DU, if you change stream you loose 2% or 5% depending upon the course. As such, Ahiliyabai College does not offer BA courses.
