Yes, you can apply for B.Tech in Biotechnology. Eligible candidates need to appear for the entrance test conducted by the School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai.
Candidate having valid score in any recognized national / state level entrance examinations will be exempted from entrance test conducted by the college.

First of all, congratulations dear!
According to your good score in JEE, if you are from Sc or ST then you will get any NIT and if you are from OBC or general there few chances to get the NIT or IIIT. Then you can try for good government. College which you can get through the state counselling process of engineering. There is also an option of a good private college. There are so many private college that provide good placements and education too.
