The minimum eligibility for engineering and B.Sc is to have scored at least 50 percent in your board exams. There might be a 5 percent relaxation for reserved category students. However, the eligibility varies for each college and you may also need to clear an entrance exam depending on the colleges in which you wish to get admission.

Since Germany provides free education so it is good to have a degree from German university, but the scope in financial sector is not very good there. But you can still land into a good job if you perform very well there.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in Dairy branch. It's great. But unfortunately for getting admission in any engineering college, a student has to appear some or the other entrance exam. Yes, you can get a college, but not a good college and you can get private colleges by paying some extra fee.

Yes, you can apply for Masters in psychology. They require a graduate degree. Many of my known were doing Bachelor's in other field and did their MA psychology. You can try for clinical psychology also. One of my friends got recruited in AIIMS as psychiatrist after doing MA in clinical psychology.

Your percentage is very low. You can apply for the college that do not have percentage criteria for the admission. As per my suggestion, you shouldn't apply for BCA because when companies will come for placement, they would not allow the students to sit with less than 60%.
