Which industry are you talking about? If it is IT industry, then no, as they would require proficiency and skill in one of the languages like JAVA or DotNet. If you are thinking of Electronics industry, then it does not exists in India. Here, manufacturing and assembly of TV sets, mobile handsets, CFLs, TFT/LCD/Plasma/LED and lower end products only are done who do not require such certification courses.
