Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College was established in the year 2001 in the premises of Safdarjung Hospital and started accepting students from year 2002. Safdarjung Hospital is the attached hospital. Cutoff marks are announced only at the time of opening of portal. These are based on the seats available and trends of previous years. It has been observed that, in this college, cutoffs are getting lower and lower meaning more and more students are getting attracted to this college.

Talking about the primary objective of colleges so it is about providing education in the field of nursing. Requirements for the same is 12 th pass with Science ( physics, chemistry and Biology) with the minimum percentage of 50% aggregate in physics, chemistry and biology and the candidate have to pass each one of them separately.
VMMC (2023) cut off NEET for AIQ seats are approximately 107 and 113 in first round and round 2 respectively this is also same for general category.
VMMC MBBS closing and opening marks are 1532 and 1566. Both the colleges have approximately same cut off.
