We give Real Time training Experiance on Dot Net as the faculty is having 12yrs of experience. the training is for about 2 months, where we have weekdays and weekend batch's. Daily its 2-3 hours class with both Theory and Practicals. We charge 13k for Dot Net training.

You cannot from one university to another university because the syllabus changes.
This is the reason why you cannot change your college. Change of the college within the same universities is done by merit.

Yes BHEL does take students for training but they have capped it with a limit and plus, your college should approach them for your candidature to get summer training. They might not pay attention to your personal request / application. So let the personnel / placement / Training deptt of your college do the talking with BHEL in this aspect.
