Yes, admission in SGSITS after completing Diploma takes place on the basis of your CGPA of Diploma. Every branch has some specified seats for Diploma people and notification of the admission can be seen in the site.

Yes, you can pursue. Admission criteria & selection procedure is:
Graduates in science, commerce and engineering and in any similar streams of study will be eligible to join the programme. Preference will be given to the candidates with working experience. Admission will be based on Experience and Personal Interview. Fee is Rs.60,000/- per participant (10% discount for Management Students). Also, there's a deposit of Rs. 5000/- Library Caution which is refundable. The fee is subject to change. This is brief information. Experience will be considered in the admission procedure.

You can opt for a college offering home science after completing class 10th or 12th from science stream (With biology/ microbiology). You can switch over to a graduate degree in home science specializing in nutrition or dietetics as a major. After graduation, you can pursue a Diploma in dietetics or sports nutrition.

CAT 2016 has been conducted on December 4, 2016. The experts predict that the CAT cut-off 2016 may reduce. As per the expert analysis, a score of 150 to 166 will be equivalent to secure 99 percentile or above. In terms of sectional CAT 2016 cut-off, candidates have to score 70, 57 and 60 in Verbal Ability, DI & LR and Quantitative Ability sections respectively. The final CAT cut-off 2016 will be announced in the month of January, 2017 by the top B-Schools in India. The IIMs have already started announcing their CAT cut-off percentile along with the admission criteria which you can refer from their official websites.
