No, English in Class 12th is not mandatory to be eligible for Victoria University BSc admissions. However, candidates need to be good in Englsh language to be eligible for Victoria University admission.

If candidates did not had English in Class 12th or scored below 70% in English during board exams, they can appear in the IELTS to qualify for BSc admissions.
