Yes! Kyrgyzstan is a safe, affordable and popular destination for Indian students for doing an MBBS. The country is secure, has low crime rates and CCTV-monitored campus hostels in cities like Bishkek and Osh. However while generally safe, students should exercise caution against petty crime and stay aware of local security, with the Indian Embassy providing guidance during any unrest.
