There is no provision for conducting the Odisha CHSE exam twice in a year. Odisha 12th board Exam is conducted once in a year. Odisha CHSE exam is held in the month of Feb/March. The board conducts supplementary exam in June/July for those who did not clear the CHSE Odisha board exam.

Candidates applying for M.Tech at IIT Bhubaneswar under sponsored category have to pay a fee of INR 25,000, per semester. The total fee for sponsored category candidates is INR 1 Lacs for the two-year course. This fee is as per official sources and hence, is indicative.

Generally, international students should submit their test scores and recommendation letters as early as possible, meaning shortly after the main deadline. Given below are the guidelines for the same: 

• It should be done to ensure review of the application (ideally within 1 to 2 weeks).
• If the test scores are delayed then the self-reported scores can be considered, but for the initial review only.
• After getting the conditional letter, the applicant should submit this along with other admission requirements at Stanford.
